Product Description

Decoupling sheet for floors undergoing low and medium movements. This membrane reduces the transfer of tensions and stresses between the substrate and the flooring, protects the flooring against the appearance of cracks caused by sideways movements between the slabs forming the substrate and allows porcelain or natural stone flooring to be laid on substrates with medium and low movements. Especially recommended on floors built with timber panels.

Closed-cell elastomer sheet coated on both sides with non-woven fibers that allow cement-based adhesives to be anchored
It allows for direct laying of ceramic tiles with cement-based adhesive types C2 S1 according to EN 12004

We do not recommend the use of butech anti-cracking mat in:
– Walls
– Supports exposed to bending movements
– On structural joints or movement joints of the support

Stoneware and porcelain stoneware floors, even large formats
Natural stones and marbles, even large formats
The use of butech anti-cracking mat is not recommended:
– Chemically resistant floor coverings
– Under parquet floors
